Individual Spiritual Direction

  • Connect to the season, your soul, and the Source, through compassionate listening, spiritual practices, conversation, immersion in nature, and wherever the Spirit leads.

  • 1-hour session $60

Group Spiritual Direction and Classes

  • Group Spiritual Direction depends on finding the right group of people at the right time. If you have a group already in mind or you would like me to place you in a group, please contact me! Group Spiritual Direction meets once or twice a month, and is limited to 4 per group.

  • Special 6-week classes offered occasionally

  • Group sessions and classes are $25 per session/class

Cardio Drumming Exercise

  • Group Exercise Class with all equipment provided

  • All levels welcome

  • Currently offer a two-hour class at Willow School in Steilacoom called Drums and Drinks. Includes 50 minutes of cardio exercise, stretching, guided meditation, and conversation with drinks and snacks. $25 per event.

  • Available for “pop-up” parties with room for 12 drum sets. Please contact me for pricing options.

Seasonal Retreats at Sursum Corda Retreat Center in Copalis Beach

  • Weekend retreats for women centered around the season.

  • We follow a loose schedule of wellness options, including group sessions, candlelight women’s circle, special wellness professionals, beach walks, forest bathing, exercise, guided meditations, food, art, and so much more!

  • Single and double rooms available. Shared bathrooms. All meals provided.

  • A free-will offering is taken at the end of the retreat, with a suggested donation of $300.

Nature Immersion

From an hour of forest bathing and madrona tea to a full-day workshop including nature walks and cold plunging, we embrace what this area has to offer. Most forest bathing and half-day/full-day retreats are located in Steilacoom, Gig Harbor, and Copalis Beach.
